Random Wibblings

I started a fishless cycle on 4th adding 10ml of Ammonia. Unfortunately I also started dosing E.I. dosing at the same time and I think it might have caused a bit of an overload as I’m struggling a bit with algae at the moment.

The cycle seems to be progressing quite well. I got the first indications of nitrite on the 8th at around 0.8ppm. I then, perhaps stupidly, added another 4ml of ammonia which may well have contributed to the algae I have now. Nitrite went off the scale around the 11th and remains there at the moment. Ammonia went down to 0 on the 12th so I added another 6ml. This has gone back to 0 again tonight (14th) so I’ve added another 8ml.
